  “back in the day” when I had a large crew of misfits working for me doing
  stucco and stone.  I would try to explain something which, to me at the time
  was very basic, and when one of my guys just wasn’t getting it, I would stop
  and say

“Look, You’re F***ing Up And This Is Why”.

  It does have a way of cutting through all the crap and getting right to the point,
  doesn’t it?  Feel free to use it in your daily life, I don’t mind at all.  :)
  It could stand for “fouling” rather than that “other” word, right?

  So, not to say that YOU are F***ing up, although WE ALL DO from time to time,
  in some way or another, it’s called LIFE.  Some people, however, tend to take it
  to the extreme. :) I digress, now back to the point.  I’ve taken many of the life
  changing lessons I’ve learned over the years, some of them so painful they
  brought me to my knees, and condensed them down to the NAKED TRUTHS
  that are so EVIDENT once your eyes are open and not clouded by the BS the
  world tries to throw at You every day.

  My goal is to save You and everyone else I can the Pains of Experience that
  I went through learning the things that have brought me to where I am today.
